DA 5: Phygital Bodies in Speculative Landscapes
A new season of the programme is mentored and led by the performing & digital artist Anan Fries.
As a mentor of the residency, Anan Fries propose cyber/xeno/techno-feminist perspectives on digital and virtual art. Together with the participants they will materialise new materialisms, look at posthuman and interspecies interrelations, explore the technosphere (Donna Haraway), wander through media-culture-nature (Rosi Braidotti) and embrace the glitch (Legacy Russell).
Jeanne Tullen is a multidisciplinary artist based in Geneva (Switzerland).
Nanda Raemansky is a multidisciplinary painter from Eede, a small border village in the SouthWest of the Netherlands.
Hugo Avigo's (Paris) practice revolves around explorations in the realms of public spaces, science fiction and chaos.
Alfiya is a performance artist from Kazan working in both physical and digital environments.
Ksenia Markelova is a visual artist based in Ekaterinburg.
Sasha is a multidisciplinary artist currently based in Paris.
